At 0237 hours, simultaneous containment failures occurred across 12 containment zones within facility Gamma. Analysis indicates a cascading breach event, potentially originating from entity CZ-717 or via interference from CZ-982. Unauthorized personnel access has not been ruled out and is under investigation. Site lockdown has failed.

Assault and Hazmat teams have been dispatched to reinforce on-site personnel. Prevent the removal of dangerous materials from the site by any means necessary. Lethal force is authorized. In the event of potential total site loss and compromise, nuclear countermeasures have been authorized.

CZ-042 "Harold" - Subject appears as a human brain suspended within a cylinder of bio-gel. Subject capable of limited telekinesis and extensive telepathic communication with sapient targets - inflicting psychological harm. Cognitive hazard advisory.

CZ-204 "Lazarus" - Subject appearance varies, but is typically observed as a human individual, most commonly male. Subject is aggressively volatile on a cellular level and exceptionally resilient to traditional countermeasures so long as other organic material is present in the vicinity. CZ-611 "Virus" - Subject is a human male approximately twenty seven years of age with cropped brown hair and brown eyes. Subject is capable of drastic change in size and localized cellular destruction. CZ-717 "Scaldavian" - Subject appears as a grotesque hairless humanoid figure standing approximately 2.4 meters tall. Where eyes would ordinarily be present, subject exhibits a constant discharge of corruptive energy. Due to its extensive destructive capacity exceeding most defensive measures, inter-entity containment is necessary. Personnel are advised not to engage without the support of designated collaborative entities.
